Welcome!
We look forward to welcoming you to our office. It is our goal to provide you with excellent endodontic (root canal) treatment in a compassionate and caring environment.
Dr. Brett Gilbert and our staff are experienced, caring and dedicated to our patient care from the time you call our office for an appointment until your treatment follow ups are complete.
We have posted all of our patient forms online to allow you to opportunity to fill out your information prior to your first visit with us. We are available to assist you with any questions you have and to provide any information you may need.
Our insurance coordinators can answer any insurance questions you have about your insurance benefits. We are happy to help you receive the dental insurance benefits you are entitled to through your insurance policy. However, our agreement is with you the patient and not the insurance company. A co-pay should be expected if you have dental insurance.
We are currently in-network with: Careington Network, Cigna DPPO, Guardian and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Patient Registration
You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Complete and Send button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
