We have been serving the community with Endodontic care for over 35 years. Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist or Endodontist in Niles, IL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. However, if you need to be seen as an emergency due to severe symptoms, please phone our office directly at (847) 588-7890.
Insurance & Billing
For Patients without dental insurance: The total treatment fee is due and payable upon completion of treatment. Payments by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
For Patients with dental insurance: King Endodontics is an OUT-OF-NETWORK provider for all dental insurance plans. Patients should not expect their insurance to cover the full cost of treatment. A co-pay will be estimated and collected at the time of treatment. You will be billed for any balance remaining on your account after your insurance benefits have been applied. Once you account has been paid in full by your co-pay and insurance, any overpayments will be promptly refunded directly to you.
